A ten-minute argument can set your relationship back ten years.

You have to learn to walk away.

You’re not going to accomplish anything positive in a heated, disrespectful, contentious situations.

The Scripture says that you, “overcome evil with good” (Romans 12:21).

You don’t overcome disrespect with more disrespect, or overcome insult with insult, or overcome shouting with more shouting.

You do it by staying respectful. Scripture says, “Avoiding a fight is a mark of honor.” Be the first to walk away.

Don’t forget - no one else sees the world the way you do, so no one else can tell the stories that you have to tell.
🌻If we learn to open our hearts, anyone, including the people who drive us crazy, can be our teacher.
