了解了一下为什么会有“undenatured ethyl alcohol"这种东西。
北美禁酒令的时候，工业用酒精会添加非可食用物质，比如甲醇/丙酮一类，来作为denatured alcohol。Denatured alcohol可以规避禁酒令并缴纳不同税率。
禁酒令解除之后，工业用undenatured alcohol(纯酒精)另行收税，于是有了这种规定。
