Because Telegram lets you interact with people even if you aren't in each other's contacts, you may wish to make your account more private. However, users can choose to drop out of the ongoing group chat and re-enter at any given point. To make use of this, head into any group of choice and tap on the group name. Users can join and leave channels at any time. And once they join a channel, they can see its entire message history.
