Good evning๐Ÿฅ€

The most painful relationships are often the ones that never even existed. Sometimes we create a whole world in our head where the other person plays a role they never actually agreed to. We imagine connection promises emotions, but none of it was ever real. And what hurts the most is realizing you were the one who hurt yourself. Because they never showed you what you're still holding on to. You created it. You kept feeding it. you believed in a version of them that only exists in your mind. And here's the thing, fantasy feels safe. There's no rejection, no unpredictability. If you want something real, you need the strength to step out of what's in your head and into the mess of what's true. But reality doesn't work like that. It's uncertain, messy, unfiltered. People are unpredictable. Emotions are inconvenient, but they're real. What you need is to build the strength to face that. And finally, accept that fantasy can comfort you. but it will never fulfill you.๐Ÿฅ€

Good evening๐Ÿฅ€

Whatโ€™s the difference between a manager and a leader? A manager maintains things. A leader changes everything. A manager follows policy. A leader creates policy. A manager keeps tradition. A leader breaks it when no longer serves. Managers care about doing things right and leaders ask, are we doing the right thing? A manager focuses on the bottom line. A leader focuses on the horizon. If you're led by a manager, you will perform, but you won't grow. Because management keeps you in place, leadership expands what you think you're capable of. One maintains order, the other builds transformation. And that is the difference.๐Ÿฅ€
