The word "ENOUGH" comes before a noun, but after an adjective..
Examples with the nouns.
I didn't save enough money.
We have enough food...

Examples with the adjectives.
You aren't tall enough to go to the ride.
They weren't strong enough to defeat him.

HAVE IT IN FOR SB (C2) – if someone has it in for you, they dislike you and try to cause problems for you (Collins).
