We have received inquiries regarding the whitelisting process for Polkastarter IDO. Please refer to this communication as clarification for the questions regarding the Polkastarter IDO whitelisting KYC process:

First, on May 21st after the whitelisting closed, participants received an email from [email protected] requesting to complete KYC.

Next, after the KYC process was concluded on June 7th, the final whitelist winners received the result from contact@ with the subject line "OpenOcean Polkastarter IDO Whitelist - Updates!". If you received the first email but did not receive the second email (see below), it means you are not in the final list.

The final whitelisted winners who received the emails on June 7th are the same list shown on winner list published on July 5th.

📌Please note that we did not change the IDO rules. In the KYC criteria part of all our announcements, it was mentioned that "(iii) a jurisdiction where it would subject OpenOcean or any of its affiliates to any local registration or licensing requirements; or be illegal according to Applicable Law for you (by reason of your nationality, domicile, citizenship, residence or otherwise) to participate in the public sale."
