Pakistan Additional Attorney General told the court that Kashmiri poet and journalist Ahmed Farhad Shah is under police custody in PoJK and he cannot be produced before the Islamabad High Court as PoJK is in a foreign land that does not come under Pakistan's jurisdiction.
