1.जब भी बाहर जायें घर से पानी की बॉटल ले जायें ताकि बाहर पानी खरिदना ही ना पड़े, कोई gst/इन्फेक्शन नही.....

2.सफर में घर से ही खाना पैक करके ले जायें ताकि बाहर का खाना खरीदना ना पड़े और ना ही होटल या मॉल्स में खाना पड़े...बीमार नही पड़ोगे

3.घरेलू सामान लोकल छोटी शॉप से खरीदे,सब्जियां ठेले वाले से खरीदें.....सुपर मार्केट से नही, 2पैसे ही बचेंगे....

4.शनिवार-रविवार शॉपिंग मॉल्स के बजायें दोस्तों/ रिश्तेदारों के घर जायें शॉपिंग मॉल्स नहीं, संबंध प्रगाढ़ होंगे

5.इनॉक्स,मल्टीप्लेक्स थिएटर के बजाय नजदीकी छोटे थिएटर में जायें वहाँ gst नहीं हैं,पैसे बचेंगे...

6.सुबह की सैर, एक्सर साइज,जिम के बाद होटल्स के बजाय घर आकर चाय/कॉफी लें, गंदगी/जूठन से बचोगे...पैसों की बचत

7.टूर पर निकले तो अपने दोस्तों/रिश्तेदारों के यहां रुके होटल्स/लॉज/रिसॉर्ट्स में नही......रिश्तेदारी प्रगाढ़ होगी

आप घर का सुपाच्य भोजन ले, बाहर के पानी से होनेवाले इंस्फेक्शन से बचो,आपकी रिश्तेदारी प्रगाढ़ हो एक दूसरे का मूल्य समझ मे आयें इस से आपका फायदा ही है कोई नुकसान नहीl
