*On the occasion of completion of 100 days of agricultural brokers protesting on the Delhi border, the Modi government has given such a gift to the market brokers that they have lost all their heart.*
The Center has directed the Punjab Government to correct the land records of the farmers of Punjab and give them to the FCI before purchasing the Rabi crop at MSP.
FCI will purchase grains according to the land and will deposit the money directly into the accounts of the farmers.
After the order, FCI cannot buy grains from any broker nor will they get any commission.
The protest was not for the farmers, but to protest against Modi. Modi opposition is costing the brokers dearly.
After all these reforms, the way to make and use black money from agriculture, the last bastion of money laundering, is closed.
This is another story that begins after the bankruptcy of *Bhushan Power and Steel*.
Earlier, after a company was declared bankrupt, you could not recover money from it, because there was no such law in India that if someone has gone bankrupt, then how can the debt be recovered from him? Till now it was going on like this. Modi government came in 2014 and created... *NCLT* (National Company Law Tribunal). After this, any company that goes bankrupt will have to go to *NCLT*. There will be bidding, the company will be auctioned and the money will be collected and given to the promoters (like banks), so that the NPA of the banks does not keep increasing.
*Bhushan Power and Steel* and its owner Sanjay Singhal's company was declared bankrupt 18 months ago. He owed Rs 47,000 crore to PNB Bank. When the auction bidding started... Tata Steel, Jindal and UK Liberty House bid... Now the decision has to come from the NCLT court as to which company's bid has been accepted, then the same company will be awarded Bhushan Power. It will be given and the bank loan will also be repaid.
Its *climax* has come now, when... the owner of Bhushan Steel and Power has put an offer in front of NCLT that... we repay the loan of Rs 47,000 crore to the banks, you do not auction our company. .
*Now the public has to think* that....how many such industrialists have enjoyed the luxury of eating the money of banks and becoming bankrupt, especially during the previous governments of a particular family. Now they will have to repay the loan, and all this became possible due to the laws made by the Modi government and the creation of an institution like NCLT. That is why when Modiji says... *"I have filled the loop holes of Congress's time"*, it does not seem to be an exaggeration at all.
Almost the same story is with *Ruia Brothers, Essar Steel* also. He also did not feel like repaying the bank loan and went bankrupt. Lakshmi Mittal, Mittal Steels have bid in NCLT but now.... Now Ruia Brothers have got Rs 54,000 crore and are requesting them not to auction our company and take Rs 54,000 crore from us.
Now these camels have come down the mountain. Till now, he himself has indulged in the country's money and also made his masters (dynastic government i.e. Congress) indulge in luxury. If any problem arises then why should they fear when the policeman is afraid of them. But now this is *'Chowkidar's' government*, and on its one call a long line of Chowkidars has formed across the country. Now such anti-national elements will have to be feared.

With the advent of #Annamalai hitting the political landscape of TN as well as Modi’s/BJP’s strong push for south, those voters have now found an alternative in Anna/BJP. That would be roughly 20% of DMK votes.
Which now raises the floating voter base to a whopping 75%!
Given the massive success of #EnMannEnMakkal yatra, Annamalai’s growing popularity, he being seen as a true inheritor of Jayalalitha’s legacy and Modi’s strong push for south especially TN, has resulted in a ‘twin wave’….Modi & Annamalai wave!

Now with 75% floating voters and a twin wave, BJP stands a very good chance of drawing substantial percentage of these voters. Conservatively let’s say 30-35% (in Feb opinion polls were giving over 20% votes to BJP and signs were that it was growing sharply)
