If you are using Telegram on your PC, Laptop, or another device, your secret chat is only visible to your device that you started it. You can take a new photo, upload an existing one, search the web for a new image, or remove your current photo. To do this, head over to Telegram settings and choose ‘Folders’. You can also order the folders you just created, but note that the default ‘All chats’ folder will always be the first one.
