Yesterday the MRIP 2 trainees successfully and excellently closed off their first week of training✨!

Week 1 was specifically aimed at giving the trainees an introduction about reseach, an advanced research methodology and proposal writing workshop, and sessions for practice-based learning.

During this week, we got to know the trainees better and the trainers were absolutely impressed with the unexpected questions they received from the trainees !

Week 1 proved that the trainees already had the [ research mindset ]💡
But how are they with math and statistics? 🤣
And how well can they handle pressure and tasks?

البارحة اختتم متدربوا برنامج ميدستات التدريبي البحثي الثاني أسبوعهم الأول في البرنامج بكل امتياز✨!

تناول الأسبوع الأول مقدمة نحو البحث العلمي، ورشة لمنهجية البحث العلمي، طريقة كتابة المقترح البحثي، وجلسات تدريبية على الأجزاء العملية من هذه المواضيع.

خلال الأسبوع الأول، تعرفنا على المتدربين، ولم يتمالك مدربوا ميدستات إلّا أن يبدوا إعجابهم بالأسئلة غير المتوقعة من المتدربين !

أثبت هذا الأسبوع أن المتدربين يمتلكون مسبقاً عقليات باحثين حقيقيين💡.
ولكن كيف هم مع الرياضيات والإحصاء؟ 🤣
وإلى أي درجة سيتمكنون من تحمل الضغط والتدريبات المتلاحقة؟
