Pep: “It’s fine, he missed, he didn’t want to. It happens. But being there, responsibility for everyone, when that happens, I'll never judge. I have big respect.”

Pep Guardiola: “The guys who take penalties are heroes for me. The guys who took the ball, go there to shoot, can do whatever they want. You have to be a huge personality. Not everyone is able, and they did it. So that’s why *chapeau*.”

Pep Guardiola on whether Man City practice penalty shoot-outs: “Sometimes, yeah. But it’s just how you feel in the moment, the decision you’re going to take and the tiredness you have, mentally, physicality, you have to be so strong. But they practice during the day.”

Pep Guardiola: “We lost last game on penalties when we were really, really good. And we won the UCL with Lukaku THREE METRES, ALONE, middle of the goal, falls to Ederson! And, 'We are an incredible team, how good is Man City'. Last game we did everything, could not score.”

Pep Guardiola: “I will sign arriving in these stages, this press conference, for quarter-finals, semi-finals, fighting for the titles. That means in every game you have been who you are. And there’s no doubts about that, this team is unbelievable in that sense. Unbelievable.”
