የተከበራችሁ ተማሪዎች በቅደሚያ ሰላምታችን እያቀረብን፤ ተማሪዎቻችን በመውስጥ መስመር አልያም በስልክ ካነሳችሗቸው ጥያቄዎች ኣንዱ እና በብዛት የተነሳው ስለ # ዝውውር (Transfer) ነው። እኛም ወደ ሚመለከትዉ ኣካል በመሄድ ጥያቄ አቅርበን ነበር።

ሁላችንም እንደምናውቀው በትግራይ ክልል እንደኛ ተምረው ለመለወጥ አላማ ያላቸው ብዙ እህት ወንድሞች ተሰደዋል ፤ ለረሃብም ተዳርገዋል።

እኛም ወደ ግቢ ስንሄድ ለወገኔ 1kg ቆሎ በሚል የቻልነውን ያህል፦ ቆሎ፣ ሞኮሮኒ፣ ሩዝ፣ ፖስታ፣ ኩኪስ ...ወዘተ ቶሎ የማይበላሽ ማንኛውንም ምግብ ሆነ መጠጥ እና የሚቻል ከሆነ የሴቶች እና ህፃናት የንፅህና መጠበቂያዎች እንደ (ሞዴስ፣ዳይፐር፣ሳሙና፣ኦሞ....የመሳሰሉ) ይዘን ብንሄድ፤

Dear Students of Mekelle University, It is very gratifying to announce that our  university is ready to accept students in the face of many challenges, and we say congratulations.

As we all know, many brothers and sisters have migrated from Tigray and displaced from one area to other . They are like us who wants to study & change their life improve but now they are migrating and starving. So, we come up with this idea and We hope that all the student will volunteer for this.
When we come to campus , we can do as much as we can for our relatives(family) by slogan of ''1kg of roasted grain for our people"
Having what we can get such as
: corn, macaroni, rice, pasta, cookies ... etc. .).and take any Indestructible food or drink and, if possible, women's and children's hygiene items (modes, diapers, soaps, omo, etc.);

"... ከዩኒቨርሲቲ ወደ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የሚደረግ የተማሪዎች ዝውውር በጊዜያዊነት ታግዷል" - ሳይንስ እና ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር

የተማሪዎች ከመንግሥት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ወደሌላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የሚያደርጉት ዝውውር በጊዜያዊነት መታገዱን የሳይንስ እና ከፍተኛ የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር አስታውቋል።

ውሳኔው የተላለፈው የዩኒቨርሲቲዎች አከዳሚክ ካላንዳር በመዛባቱ እንደሆነ MoSHE ለኢትዮጵያ ቴሌቪዥን አሳውቋል።

የሁሉም የመንግሥት ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ትምህርት አሰጣጥ ሂደት እኩል እንዳልነበረ የተገለፀ ሲሆን በኮቪድ-19 ስርጭት ምክንያት ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ባለፈው ዓመት የተቆራረጠ ትምህርት ሲሰጡ ነበር።

ከሁለት ዓመታት በፊት በዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ይከሰቱ በነበሩ አለመረጋጋቶችም ከተቋም ተቋም የአከዳሚክ ካላንዳር እንዲዛባ ማድረጋቸው ተገልጿል።

በእነዚህ ክስተቶች ምክንያት ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ዘንድሮ ተማሪዎችን ያስመረቁበት እና የጠሩበት ጊዜ የተለመደውን መደበኛ የአዳሚክ ካላንደር እንዳዛባ ተነግሯል።

ይህን ለማስተካካል ሲባል የተማሪዎች ከዩኒቨርሲቲ ወደ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የሚያደርጉት ዝውውር በጊዜያዊነት መታገዱ ተገልጿል።

አሁን የወጣው ጊዜያዊው የዝውውር መመሪያ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የትምህርት አቀባበል ካላንደር ሥርዓት እስከሚይዝ ድረስ ላልተወሰነ ጊዜ ይቆያል።

ነገር ግን ተማሪዎች ከፍተኛ ችግር ካጋጠማቸው ለአብነት የቤተሰብ ፣ ማኅበራዊ፣ የጤና ችግር ካጋጠማቸው እና አስገዳጅ ሁኔታ ካለ በሸኚው እና በተቀባዩ ተቋም ተማሪውን ማስተናገድ የሚችልበት ሁኔታ ካለ ዝውውሩ ሊፈቀድ እንደሚችል ሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤቱ ለኢትዮጵያ ቴሌቪዥን ገልጿል።
