📌 The Permanent Representative of Qatar to the UN met with the UN Special Envoy to Syria in New York.

📌 The Qatari Representative reaffirmed Qatar's full support for Syria’s sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity.

📌 Resumed Syria-Azerbaijan relations by embassy reactivation in Damascus after 12 years.

📌 Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister, Rafiyev met Syrian officials, and pledged support for Syria. 

📌 Ties date back to the Silk Road era; formal relations began in 1992.

Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF):

📌 Our commander Mazloum Abdi received the head of the government committee in charge of finalizing the agreement between the Syrian presidency and the SDF.

📌 We discussed the completion of the terms of the agreement as well as the need to continue the de-escalation, including the neutralization of the Tishreen Dam from military attacks.

📌 The formation of a committee to discuss the return of forcibly displaced people from all Syrian regions.

📌 We announced the names of members of the committee that will represent the areas of northern and eastern Syria in the dialog with the government.

The Arab Group for Exhibitions and Conferences announced launching the 22nd edition of the Buildex International Construction Exhibition in Damascus.

📌 The exhibition is the largest of its kind in Syria and the region, and will last for five days with the participation of more than 483 companies from 17 countries.

📌 Exhibits cover the sectors of building and construction, energy, real estate finance, industrial development, furniture and smart technologies.

📌 Number of visitors is expected to exceed 100,000 visitors, in addition to allocating platforms for holding bilateral meetings (B2B) between exhibiting companies, engineers, contractors and investors.

A tripartite meeting between a delegation from the Syrian government, the SDF and the international coalition at Tishreen Dam to confirm the agreement that the Syrian government will take over the management of Tishreen Dam and withdraw all armed formations from the vicinity of the dam.

Turkish Ambassador to Syria Burhan Koroglu:

"President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan plans to visit Damascus in the near future, marking his first visit since the fall of the Assad regime."

Trapped in Displacement

Over six million internally displaced Syrians remain stuck in limbo even after liberation, many are still unable to return home.

Houran Free League:

📌 An agreement has been reached to deploy six Syrian Ministry of Defense military posts in the city of Busra al-Sham, east of Daraa.

📌 The announcement was made during a meeting currently taking place at Busra Castle between a General Security official, a Ministry of Defense official, and leaders from the former 8th Brigade.

📌 The meeting also calls for the extradition of wanted fugitives in the case of the killing of leader Bilal al-Droubi two days ago.
