📘 معمولا وقتی در جا و مکانی فیزیکی هستیم از in استفاده میکنیم:

✅I'm in the shower
I'm in the lobby
I'm in a car
I'm in a house
I'm in a school




📕حرف at هم کمک میکنه تا بگیم در حال حاضر کجاییم و تفاوتش با in در اینه که از at بیشتر برای مکان های فیزیکی عمومی تر (general) استفاده میشه:

✅I'm at the grocery
I'm at the mall
I'm at the doctor's office
I'm at the park
I'm at the airport



📕اما بعضی وقتها میشه از in و at به جای هم استفاده کرد:

📘از on در موقعیت های غیر فیزیکی استفاده میکنیم:

✅آرزو

'Wish' is a verb which talks about unreal or imagined situations. Because of this, it has some unusual verb patterns:


یک فعل است که در مورد واقعی نبودن یا همان آرزو داشتن استفاده میشه


A present wish:

آرزو برای زمان حال

When we want to make a wish about a present situation, we use wish and a past simple or continuous verb:


I don't have my umbrella. I wish I had my umbrella:

چترم و ندارم ، کاش که چترم و داشتم


She doesn't know the answer. I wish she knew the answer:

اون جواب و نمی دونه،  کاش که می دونست

You're at work, but you wish you were playing football: right?


سر کار هستی ، ولی کاش فوتبال بازی میکردی ، درسته ؟

About a past wish:
آینده کامل شده

When we want to make a wish about a past action or situation, we use wish and the past perfect [ had+past participle verb].



I'm so tired. I wish I had slept for another hour last night.

خیلی خسته ام ، کاش دیشب چند ساعتی میخوابیدم


✅She knows she made a mistake. She wishes she hadn't been so silly.


✅میدونه که اشتباه کرده،  کاش که انقد احمق نبود .


✅You were right. I shouldn't have quit my job. I wish I had listened to you.


✅تو راست میگفتی نباید شغل م و رها میکردم ، کاش به حرف هات گوش میکردم

‍ 📘📕The word uncle.


✅می دانید کلمه" uncle" هم به معنی عمو هست و هم به معنی دایی. حالا اگر بخواهیم از این کلمه برای بیان معنی عمو استفاده کنیم چطور می توانیم  آن را بکار ببریم؟


✅اگر بخواهیم در خصوص کلمه "uncle" معنی عمو را بیان کنیم می توانیم از on (my, your, his…) father’s side بعد از آن استفاده کنیم،



📘I have two uncles on my father’s side.
📕من دو تا عمو دارم.


✅حالا اگر بخواهیم در جمله بالا به جای عمو از معنی دیگر کلمه "uncle" که "دایی" است استفاده کنیم به جای کلمه "father" از کلمه "mother" استفاده میکنیم:



📕I have two uncles on my mother’s side.
📘من دو تا دایی دارم.



✅And we use aunt like we did for uncle .


کلمه "aunt" در کنار معنی دیگر هم به معنی عمه هست و هم به معنی خاله، از این کلمه هم به همین شکل استفاده می شود.
