Location: Baghdad

Position Overview:

Overseeing the market opportunities and increasing his / her client network of POS service upon the selected area with the full promotion of this service and stick with the sales process to ensure closing the deals professionally.

Responsibilities:

1- Daily visits the commercial sites to promote and present the POS services for selective merchants.
2- Should have a solid relationship with targeted merchants and a commercial mindset by proactive deals closing.
3- Achieving the monthly and quarterly sales quota that is updated by management yearly.
4- Follow up the issues at his / her available merchants with instant onsite support (if any) for any related cases of POS service.
5- Distributing the marketing materials for all merchants in his / her targeted area with documentation for each delivery to ensure it’s delivered to the right destination.
6- Market research for the competitor’s new offers, services, and marketing activities which to be updated with department management.

Requirements:

1- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Telecom, IT, or Computer Engineering. 2- Work in relevant field with min 3 years of experience.
3- English language preferred.
4- Skilled in Microsoft Office application.
5- Familiar to work daily outdoor with teams and follow-up duties of technical operational tasks.
6- Having a car (preferred).

Position: Enterprise Application Support Engineer

Job Summary: the Enterprise Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for enterprise-level applications. The engineer will work closely with the end-users, and other IT teams to ensure that the applications are running smoothly and efficiently. The specialist will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and testing the solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for (Java Based) enterprise-level applications
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues
• Identify root causes of issues and implement solutions
• Work closely with the vendor team to ensure application stability
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues
• Develop and maintain documentation related to application support processes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and team player
• Telecom background (preferred)
• Digital Identity APPs experience (preferred)
