'Flexible teacher' - Ingliz tili o'qituvchilari uchun tashkil qilayotgan kursim bo'yicha ustozlar murojaat qilishmoqda. Oldingi postda kurs umumiyroq qilib tushuntirilgan. Kurs bo'yicha murojaat qilgan o'qituvchilarga kurs nimalarni o'z ichiga olishini batafsilroq tushuntirib berayapman. Ingliz tili o'qituvchilariga har safar offline seminar yoki workshop o'tkazsam, interaktiv metodlarni juda katta ishtiyoq bilan o'rganishadi. 1-2 soatlik offline workshopda ko'pi bilan 4-5 ta metod o'rganish mumkin, bundan ham faqat menga yaqin hududdagi o'qituvchilar foydalana olishgan. Ba'zi o'qituvchilar biror sabab bilan aynan o'sha kuni kela olmasligi ham mumkin. Bugungi internet taraqqiyotidan foydalanib shuni online tashkil qilsak, ustozlarga yangicha metodlarni o'rganish biroz bo'lsada yangi o'quv yili uchun foydali bo'lardi, ayniqsa, uzoq hududlardagi ustozlarimiz uchun ham qulay, ham manfaatli bo'lardi. Toshkentga kelib pul va vaqt ketkazishlariga hojat qolmaydi. Xususiy sektorda ham, davlat ta'lim muassasida ham faoliyat yuritayotgan ustoz sifatida orttirgan tajribam, metodlar va insightlarimni shu kurs davomida siz bilan bo'lishaman. Xo'sh, agar haqiqattan ham Aptis va Linguaskill javoblari tarqalib ketgani va test bazasi yangilanmaganidan darajasi C1 ga tortmaydigan o'qituvchilar ham bu imtihonlardan C1 darajaga erishgan bo'lsa, ayb kimda? Albatta test o'tkazayotgan tashkilotlarning o'zida. Bazani yangilab turish va test javoblarini confidential saqlash kerak edi. Lekin orada o'zini bilimi bilan bu testlardan C1 darajani olgan o'qituvchilar ham bordir? Ular nima qiladi endi? Agar o'qituvchi o'zi C1 darajaga bilimi tortmay, testdan boshqa yo'llar bilan o'tib ustama olayotgan bo'lsa yaxshi ish emas. Balki norozi bo'layotgan o'qituvchilarga test qaytadan hech qanday to'lovlarsiz tashkil qilib berilsa va ularning haqiqiy bilimi sinalsa adolatdan bo'ladimi. Shunda yana hammasi ma'lum bo'ladi. #Reading_practice. There is a Scott Lake in central Florida. In June 2006 a massive sinkhole opened up beneath the lake - acting like a plug hole in a bath. It only took two weeks for the water to drain away. Local residents called meetings to decide what action to take, but in the end, nature took care of the problem. Clay, sand and other fine material plugged the hole and the lake started to fill with water again.
