#Sample_report Two maps illustrate an industrial area in the town of Norbiton as well as projections for future development of the same place.
Currently, the area mainly consists of factories which are located around the roundabout, stretching to the east side of the town along the road. There is also a farmland in the northern part which is located above the river.
It can be clearly seen in the future project, the factories will be demolished to give a way to housing areas. In addition, important facilities such as shops schools, playground and medical centre will be constructed for local residents. Another important change will take place in the Northern part of the area where the bridge crossing the river will be erected, which gives the population access to housing areas and farmland in the north.
In general, Norbiton industrial area will transform from an industrial zone to a residential area with modern facilities.
