ሁሉን አቀፍነትን ማሳደግ እና ሁሉንም የህብረተሰብ ክፍሎች ማገልገል ክቡር እና ጠቃሚ ግብ ነው። ማካተትን ለማጎልበት እና የተለያዩ ማህበረሰቦችን በብቃት ለማገልገል አንዳንድ መንገዶች  እዚህ አሉ።

1. ብዝሃነትን እና ፍትሃዊነትን ማሳደግ፡- ብዝሃነትን የሚያከብር እና የኋላ፣ ማንነት እና ችሎታ ሳይለይ ለሁሉም ግለሰቦች እኩል እድሎችን የሚያረጋግጥ አካታች አካባቢ መፍጠር።

2. ተደራሽ አገልግሎቶችን መስጠት፡- አገልግሎቶች፣ ግብዓቶች እና መረጃዎች የአካል ጉዳተኞችን ወይም የቋንቋ እንቅፋቶችን ጨምሮ የግለሰቦችን ልዩ ልዩ ፍላጎቶች ለማሟላት ዝግጁ መሆናቸውን ያረጋግጡ።

3. የአካታችነት ተሟጋች፡ በሁሉም የህብረተሰብ ክፍሎች ውስጥ ማካተትን፣ ብዝሃነትን እና ማህበራዊ ፍትህን የሚያበረታቱ ፖሊሲዎችን፣ አሰራሮችን እና ተነሳሽነቶችን ይሟገቱ።

4. ማስተማር እና ግንዛቤን ማሳደግ፡- ከአካታችነት፣ ብዝሃነት እና ማህበራዊ ፍትሃዊነት ጋር በተያያዙ ጉዳዮች ላይ በትምህርት፣ ስልጠና እና የህዝብ ዘመቻዎች ግንዛቤን እና ግንዛቤን ማሳደግ።
