My view, they won't tax 30% on Fno,
They are like yeh jo businessmen options mai ghus kar loss kar rahe aur loss ko apne other business se adjust kar rahe and us par tax bacha le jaa rahe..
Wo tax apun ko chahiye..
Even intraday equity is speculative but is not charged at 30%..
They may change only one thing , keep future as business and option as speculative, if that option is not utilized in delivery of stocks..
Because future they can't keep as speculative as it is roll over thing, and also won't be liked by big players those who trade futures as cash market do not have that much liquidity..
