BNF 19 Apr Prognosis

Today was indeed a rollercoaster ride for BNF, starting with an open at PD close, a move up, and then a sudden plunge to PD PPOC levels at 47450. The subsequent rotational trading within the range of 47450 and 47800 was followed by a sharp downward move in the I period, leading to a rapid decline of 550 points in just a few minutes. Despite a quick bounce of 450 points, BNF traded lower, briefly dipping below 47000 before closing at 47135, leaving behind a poor low at 46980.

The trading action created two distinct zones for BNF: one above the PD PPOC at 47450 and another below it, resulting in a double distribution pattern. The singles marked a key resistance zone, and any sustained move below 47450 may lead to rotation between 47450 and 47000. The presence of a poor low at 46980, a visual reference often cleared within 2-3 trading sessions, might attract price towards this zone, breach of which can potentially see downside targets at 46780 - 46650.

On the upside, clearing the singles at 47450 and sustaining above this level could open up targets toward 47880 - 48000 levels. However, given the geopolitical tensions, the upswing in crude oil prices, and gold maintaining its level around 2400, I remain intraday-focused and observe short-term price action for making trading decisions. The market dynamics are likely to be influenced by these external factors, warranting caution and adaptability.
