For those asking how to make Circle to search work (on builds with it enabled already), you can do 2 things
1. Clean flash, update Google app from Play store and setup Google Assistant and download updates for it.
2. If you dirty flashed, uninstall Google app update and clear data the app as well, and it should be fine afterwards.
Make sure the option 'Hold handle to search' is toggled and try to change navigation modes once.

As a way to end all discussions regarding the previous days activities, I'd like everyone to read this message.
This is a pretty long read but it truly explains what has been going down for the past years or so. We've been trying to improve on everything, focusing on releasing stable builds the earliest we can once a new Android version gets released, even beating out famous ROMs when it comes to initial releases.
Our main goal is to provide the same or similar to what Google does when they release their security patches. And to complete it with customization compiled from every known ROM. All other ROMs are given proper credits as always and complete authorship. You may check our current sources to confirm.
We thank everyone for staying with us, and we hope to cooperate with more ROMs and their respective developers moving forward.
