I started taking half a teaspoon of baking soda in 4-6 oz of water before bed for the last two weeks, and it was lights out! I've noticed improved deep sleep, stopped getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, very refreshed and alert in the morning
Baking soda provides carbon dioxide that helps reduce the production of lactic acid. This appears to reduce the stress response and helps to calm the body = better sleep.
Low thyroid individuals / highly stressed individuals tend to hyperventilate, which leads to a loss of carbon dioxide that should be retained in the cells.
Supplementing with baking soda can mimic the effects of better thyroid function by helping to retain more carbon dioxide in the cells (
The key is to use aluminum free, nonsynthetic, non-GMO version.

First of all you have our sincere sympathies for what you're going through, and as I have said, the hospitals across America are STILL murdering people every day.
But if you are in this channel and you have followed any of my work over the last four years, many questions come to mind.
You still allowed her to go to a hospital, you still allowed her to be tested with a fake PCR that has high rates of false positives, and then to keep her based on that which you knew or had to know would put her into the CDC death protocol
So why is this all surprise to you and your family?
