#MarvelStudios offered Shawn Levy the position of AVENGERS 5's director in March 2024, but he turned it down due to scheduling issues.
The studio has since pushed back the movie's production timeline, leaving the door open for Levy to direct.

The Infinity Comic picks up after the fall of Krakoa in 'X-Men' #35 and leads directly into Jed MacKay’s highly anticipated 'X-Men' #1 print book in July, where Cyclops and his new team will battle on the frontlines for the destiny of their kind. Following today’s launch, the Infinity Comic will roll out weekly every Monday through August.
See new teams assemble to take on emerging threats to mutantkind, beloved characters fulfill their long-awaited destiny as solo heroes, and other groups of mutants come together to survive a world that fears them now more than ever.

The Heroes - Breakdown!
Channelling the deep history of @marvel comics, from 1980s Juggernaut, to the contemporary watercolour cover-art look for Daredevil, we had to create a host of new tools and tricks to achieve the varied styles of the characters and the comic book city.
Working closely with Antoine at @wearepartizan , this collaboration between The @cocacola Company and Marvel really breaks the mould. Here’s a look behind the scenes showing some of the craft from the team here at Electric Theatre Collective: cutting-edge CGI characters blended seamlessly with traditional 2D animation artistry from @electric_studios_tv, and an exquisite grade from @electric_colour.

Captain America commands a mega-squad of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in a new #MarvelComics spinoff series, ‘Avengers Assemble,’ coming this September!
As vampires attack the Marvel Universe in ‘Blood Hunt’, Steve recruits a ragtag group of volunteer Avengers set out to change the tide of the battle.
Newcomers and classic Avengers come together to form an all-new squad! Reporting for duty are: Captain America (Steve Rogers), Wasp, Hawkeye (Clint Barton), Hercules, She-Hulk, Photon, Night-Thrasher, Lightning, Wonder Man, Shang-Chi, and Lightspeed (Julie Power).
Operating out of Avengers Mansion, the team will tackle one crisis after another on globetrotting Super Hero missions! But when Red Skull's daughter finds a dangerous artifact, does this new team have what it takes to work together to pass their first test?
'Avengers Assemble' hits stands this September!
