To get started, open the Telegram app. Next, go to Settings and choose Appearance. If you are using Telegram on your PC, Laptop, or another device, your secret chat is only visible to your device that you started it. When multiple users share their live location within a group, they’re displayed on an interactive map. To use this feature, choose “location” from the attachment menu and tap on “Share my location for…” If you're part of many Telegram chats—maybe you joined too many of the best Telegram channels—they can quickly become annoying. To use live locations and proximity alerts, go to the contact’s chat window and tap on the ‘Attach’ icon shaped like a paperclip. Choose the location button here, and choose ‘Share my Live Location’. You will be able to send live locations for either 15 minutes, 1 hour or 8 hours. The platform supports two types of channels: public and private. The former can be found in search, and anyone can join them, whereas the latter can be joined only via invitation links. Disabled: Turn off automatic night mode and always use the chosen theme. Telegram offers a few other handy options in chats. You can delete any message by long-pressing it, then hitting the Trash icon that appears. The app lets you delete messages at any time—even messages that the other person sent in a chat.
