⚠️توجه کنید واژه passed در این جمله کاربرد ندارد. هر چند در محتوایی مثل جمله زیر صحیح است:
reading passes the time.


✅waste time, save time
(وقت هدر دادن/ صرفه جویی در وقت )

📌Don’t do it like that. You’re wasting time. You’ll save time if you do it like this.

⚠️واژه های Spend, waste و save اغلب هم برای time و هم برای money استفاده میشوند


✅tell someone the time
(زمان را به کسی گفتن)

📌Can you tell me the time, please? I left my watch at home.

⚠️این جمله اشتباه است: tell the hour


✅free/spare time

🔷•مليت ها، نژادها و اديان - referringچيزهايى كه به مردم، زبان ها يا چيزهايى از يك كشور، منطقه يا فرهنگ:

📌Can you speak Chinese ?

📌You can hear he's South African from his accent .

📌a Buddhist temple

📌I'd like to learn more about Asian culture .

🔷• ماه ها و روزهاى هفته :

📌October , 9th April , Tuesday , Sunday , etc.

توجه كنيد براى فصل ها از حروف بزرگ استفاده نميكنيم:

📌spring , summer , autumn , winter

🔷•اسم ارگان ها و موسسات :

📌the United Nations , the National Museum

🔷•وقتى كلمه اى مثلmuseum , university , station يا hospital قسمتى از اسم ان موسسه باشد ان كلمه را هم با حروف بزرگ مينويسيم:

📌Harvard University , Karachi Station , Rome Airport

اما ,

وقتى اين كلمات جزو اسم ان نباشد از حروف بزرگ استفاده نميكنيم:

📌They built a new 100 - bed hospital in the provincial capital .

📌He first joined the company in 2003 .
