Quran's Lesson - Have faith & be Thankful

مَّا يَفۡعَلُ ٱللَّهُ بِعَذَابِكُمۡ إِن شَكَرۡتُمۡ وَءَامَنتُمۡۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ شَاكِرًا عَلِيمٗا
{سورة النساء ، 147}

اللہ تعالٰی تمہیں سزا دے کر کیا کرے گا؟ اگر تم شکر گزاری کرتے رہو اور با ایمان رہو، اللہ تعالٰی بہت قدر کرنے والا اور پورا علم رکھنے والا ہے ۔

Allah tumhain saza de kar jia karay ga? agar tun shukr guzari kartay raho aur baa imaan raho, Allah سبحان و تعالیٰ buhat qadar karnay wala aur pora elm rakhnay wala hai.

What would Allah do with your punishment if you are grateful and believe? And ever is Allah Appreciative and Knowing.

❞ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ مَنْ سَمَّعَ سَمَّعَ اللَّهُ بِهِ، وَمَنْ يُرَائِي يُرَائِي اللَّهُ بِهِ ‏"‌‏.‏❝
(صحيح البخاري - 6994)


نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ( کسی نیک کام کے نتیجہ میں ) جو شہرت کا طالب ہو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کی بد نیتی قیامت کے دن سب کو سنا دے گا۔ اسی طرح جو کوئی لوگوں کو دکھانے کے لئے نیک کام کرے گا اللہ بھی قیامت کے دن اس کو سب لوگوں کو دکھا دے گا۔
(بخاری 6449)

The Prophet (ﷺ) said,
"He who lets the people hear of his good deeds intentionally, to win their praise, Allah will let the people know his real intention (on the Day of Resurrection), and he who does good things in public to show off and win the praise of the people, Allah will disclose his real intention (and humiliate him).

💡 من فوائد الحديث "«لَا تُطْرُونِي كَمَا أَطْرَتِ النَّصَارَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ؛ فَإِنَّمَا أَنَا عَبْدُهُ، فَقُولُوا: عَبْدُ اللهِ وَرَسُولُهُ»"

🔹الشرح:
ينهى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن الإفراط ومجاوزة الحد الشرعي في مدحه ووصفه بأوصاف الله تعالى وأفعاله الخاصة به، أو أنه يعلم الغيب، أو يدعا مع الله، كما فعلت النصارى مع عيسى ابن مريم عليه السلام. ثم بين أنه عبد من عباد لله، وأمر بأن نقول عنه: عبد الله ورسوله.

1:التحذير من مُجاوزةِ الحد الشرعي في التعظيم والمدح؛ لأن ذلك يُفضي إلى الشرك.
2: ما حذَّر منه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قد وقع في هذه الأمة، فغَلَتْ طائفة بالرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وطائفة في أهل البيت، وطائفة في الأولياء، فوقعوا في الشرك.
3: وَصَفَ رسولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نفسَه بأنه عبدُ الله؛ ليبيِّن أنه عبدٌ مَربوبٌ لله لا يجوز أن يُصرفَ له شيءٌ من خصائص الرب.
4: وَصَفَ رسولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نفسه بأنه رسولُ الله؛ ليبين أنه رسولٌ مُرسلٌ من عند الله فيجبُ تصديقُه ومتابعتُه.

🔹الشرح :
اللہ کے نبی ﷺ اپنی تعریف میں افراط کے شکار ہونے اور شرعی حد سے آگے بڑھنے، آپ کو اللہ کے اوصاف اور اس کے خاص افعال سے متصف قرار دینے، اللہ کے بارے میں غیب کو جاننے کا دعوی کرنے اور آپ کو اللہ کے ساتھ پکارنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔ جیسا کہ نصرانیوں نے عیسی ابن مریم علیہما السلام کے ساتھ کیا۔ پھر بتایا کہ آپ اللہ کے بندوں میں سے ایک بندہ ہیں اور اس بات کا حکم دیا کہ ہم آپ کو اللہ کا بندہ اور اس کا رسول کہیں۔

1: اس میں تعظیم اور مدح کے بارے میں شرعی حد سے آگے بڑھنے سے منع کیا گیا ہے، کیوں کہ یہ چیز شرک کی جانب لے جاتی ہے۔
2: اللہ کے نبی ﷺ نے جس بات سے آگاہ کیا تھا، وہ اس امت کے اندر واقع ہو ہی گئی ہے۔ چنانچہ ایک گروہ اللہ کے رسول ﷺ کے بارے میں غلو کا شکار ہو گیا، ایک گروہ اہل بیت کے بارے میں غلو میں پڑ گیا اور ایک گروہ اولیا کے بارے میں غلو میں مبتلا ہو گیا۔ اس طرح یہ سارے لوگ شرک میں مبتلا ہوگئے۔
3: اللہ کے رسول ﷺ نے خود کو اللہ کا بندہ بتایا ہے، تاکہ یہ بتا سکیں کہ آپ کی ساری ضرورتیں اللہ پوری کرتا ہے اور آپ کو رب کی کوئی خصوصیت دینا جائز نہيں ہے۔
4: اللہ کے رسول ﷺ نے خود کو اللہ کا رسول بتایا ہے، تاکہ یہ وضاحت ہوسکے کہ آپ کو اللہ کی جانب سے بھیجا گیا ہے، لہذا آپ کی تصدیق کرنا اور آپ کی اتباع کرنا واجب ہے۔

🔹Explanation:

The Prophet (ﷺ) prohibits immoderateness and exceeding the Shariah-prescribed limit in praising him and forbids ascribing to himself the peculiar attributes and actions of Allah or knowledge of the unseen, or that he should be supplicated to along with Allah, as the Christians did with Jesus, the son of Mary (peace be upon him). Then, he made it clear that he is one of the servants of Allah and commanded us to call him: the servant and Messenger of Allah.

1: It warns against exceeding the Shariah-prescribed limit in extolling and praising, for this leads to polytheism.
2: What the Prophet (ﷺ) warned about did take place within this Ummah, as a group of people went to extremes regarding the Prophet (ﷺ), and another group did the same regarding the members of his household and another group did it for the pious figures. So, they fell into polytheism.
3: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) described himself as a slave of Allah, thus pointing out that he is merely His slave, and it is not permissible to devote to him anything of the Lord's characteristics.
4: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) described himself as the Messenger of Allah, thus pointing out that he is a messenger sent by Allah, and so we are obligated to believe and follow him.
