Take a Deep breath, Smile and say Alhumdulillah!

Whenever something disturb you just remember 👇 this verse and have tawakkul on Allah سبحان وتعالٰى!

Allah says:

وَعَسَىٰ أَن تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ ۖ وَعَسَىٰ أَن تُحِبُّوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَّكُمْ ۗ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
(سورۃ البقرۃ 216)

اور یہ عین ممکن ہے کہ تم کسی چیز کو ناگوار سمجھو اور وہ تمہارے حق میں بہتر ہو۔ اور یہ بھی ممکن ہے کہ کسی چیز کو تم پسند کرو اور وہ تمہارے حق میں بری ہو۔ اور (یہ حقیقت) اللہ ہی خوب جانتا ہے، تم نہیں جانتے۔

Perhaps you dislike something which is good for you and like something which is bad for you. Allah knows and you do not know.

Hadith for Motivation:

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الدُّنْيَا سِجْنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ وَجَنَّةُ الْكَافِرِ
(جامع الترمذی2324 ،صحيح)

رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : دنیا مومن کے لیے قید خانہ(جیل) ہے اور کافر کے لیے جنت (باغ وبہار) ہے۔

Allah's Messenger ﷺ said:
"The world is a prison for the believer and Paradise for the disbeliever."

Do Shukr and have Tawakkul!

Allahs says:

Shukr:
لَئِن شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ
(سورة ابراهيم 7)

اگر تم شکرگزاری کرو گے تو بیشک میں تمہیں زیادہ دونگا.
If you express gratitude, I shall certainly give you more

Tawakkul:

وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُۥٓ ۚ
(سورة الطلاق 3)

اور جو شخص اللہ پر توکل کرے گا اللہ اسے کافی ہوگا۔
And whoever puts their trust in Allah, then He ˹alone˺ is sufficient for them.
