Reflect upon the Quraan!
🔹شیخ ابن باز رحمہ اللہ نے فرمایا:
"جو کوئی قرآن میں رہنمائی کے لیے غور و فکر کرے گا، اللہ تعالیٰ انہیں عزت دے گا، انہیں بصیرت عطا کرے گا اور ان کے مقصد کو حاصل کرنے میں ان کی مدد کرے گا۔"
🔹Shaikh ibn Baaz Rahimahullah said:
“Anyone who reflects upon the Qur'aan seeking guidance, Allaah will honor them, give them insight and help them achieve their aim.”
🔹Shaikh ibn Baaz Rahimahullah ne farmaya:
“Jo koi Quran main rehnumai k lye ghor o fikr karay ga, Allah Tala unhain izzat dega, unhain baseerat ata karega aur un k maqsad ko hasil karnay main madad karay ga.”

✍تشریح :
1۔ لٹکنے کا مطلب ہے کہ مرنےکے بعد بھی اس پرادائیگی کی ذمے دار باقی رہتی ہے اور وہ ادا کرنے کے قابل نہیں رہتا‘ اس لیے اسے پریشانی رہتی ہے ۔ یہ یہ مطلب ہے کہ اسے جنت میں داخل ہونے کی اجازت نہیں ملتی
2۔ مالی حقوق میں نیابت درست ہے یعنی اگرکسی کی طرف سے ادائیگی کر دی جائے توقرض وغیرہ اداہوجاتاہے اورہ اللہ کےہاں بھی اس ذمے داری سے سبک دوش ہوجاتاہے۔
3۔ فوت ہونے والے کا ترکہ تقسیم کرنے سے پہلے اس کا قرض اداکرنا چاہیے۔ اگر ترکہ کم ہوتو وارث اپنے پاس سےقرض اداکریں ۔
✍Interpretation:
1. Hanging means that even after death the debtor remains liable for the payment and is unable to pay it that is why he is worried. This means that he is not allowed to enter Paradise
2. Subrogation in financial rights is valid, that is, if it is paid by someone, then the debt etc. is paid, and it is discharged from this responsibility even with Allah.
3. Debts of the deceased should be paid before distributing the inheritance. If the inheritance is less, the heirs should pay the debt from themselves.
