Allah says:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ
{سورۃ البقرۃ 153}

اے ایمان والو! (جب کوئی مشکل درپیش ہو تو) صبر اور نماز سے مدد لو۔ یقیناً اللہ صبر کرنے والوں کے ساتھ ہے۔

O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allaah is with the patient.

Verse of the Day!

Surah al Nahl verse 69

يَخْرُجُ مِن بُطُونِهَا شَرَابٌ مُّخْتَلِفٌ أَلْوَانُهُ فِيهِ شِفَاءٌ لِّلنَّاسِ ۗ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ

ان کے پیٹ سے رنگ برنگ کا مشروب نکلتا ہے، جس کے رنگ مختلف ہیں اور جس میں لوگوں کے لئے شفا ہے غور و فکر کرنے والوں کے لئے اس میں بہت بڑی نشانی ہے۔

From their bellies comes forth liquid of varying colours, in which there is healing for people. Surely in this is a sign for those who reflect.

Un k pait se rang barang ka mashroob nikalta hai, jis k rang mukhtalif hain aur jis main logon k lye shifa hai. Ghor o fikr karne walon k lye is main buhat bari nishani hai.

Allah says:

لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا مَا آتَاهَا ۚ سَيَجْعَلُ اللَّهُ بَعْدَ عُسْرٍ يُسْرًا
{سورة الطلاق 7}

کسی شخص کو اللہ تکلیف نہیں دیتا مگر اتنی ہی جتنی طاقت اسے دے رکھی ہے، اللہ تنگی کے بعد آسانی و فراغت بھی کر دے گا۔

Allah does not charge a soul except [according to] what He has given it. Allāh will bring about, after hardship, ease [i.e., relief].
